The 1st Development Dialogue, organized by the National Academy for Development Administration (NADA), brought together senior policymakers, civil servants, academics, and development partners to reflect on the role of development administration in advancing Bangladesh’s prosperity. The two-day event featured an inaugural ceremony, keynote address, technical sessions, and a closing ceremony, creating a vibrant platform for research–policy engagement. The conference theme—“Accelerating Inclusive Development Through Effective Development Administration for a Prosperous Bangladesh”—framed discussions across seven sub-themes, including governance, inclusive growth, sustainable development, public service reform, economic governance, human capital development, and future directions in administration. | |
